The bale net wrap was first introduced on round balers in the late 1980s. The advantage of net compared to twine wrap includes greater baling efficiency – you need only a few rotations of the bale to wrap it with net while with twine 20-30 rotations are necessary, lower material losses during wrapping, better bale integrity during handling and transportation and better stretch film application if the bale is made for silage.
Due to the modernization of agriculture around the world, especially its intensification, baling with net wrap can save up to 30% of the time of the operation and helps to maximize the bale density and reduces losses during wrapping by 65% compared to wrapping with twine.

СPS is the first company in the world which introduced and commercialized an Eco friendly bale net name RecoNet, based on 100% recycled raw HDPE, fully made from recycled paper core and packaging . And we didn’t stop there. Our standard and premium nets based on virgin materials only, but other plastic additive material such as plastic separators, plugs are all made from recycled plastic.
